UV curing LED technology is derived from UV curing light source, mainly involving the UV curing light source of 395nm and the new material system that can be cured under the action of 395nm light.
In terms of UV curing equipment, the development of UV curing light source with long wavelength (395nm) and high power output has made great progress. The range of UV curing LED has been extended from individual point curing to surface curing. However, the high efficiency, high power and 3d curing have not been reported. At present, many printing equipment already used 100% UV curing LED technology.
The energy released by UV curing leds is already comparable or higher than that released by conventional UV curing light sources. Basically meet the need of the fastest curing speed, and this ultraviolet LED curing light has a lifespan of over 20,000 hours.
