1.波长要求:高功率LED封装，需混合不同波长的UV-A LED (365nm / 385nm / 395nm / 405nm / 430nm)，面光源模块设计以达到均匀光。若一个LED光源不亮，将导致固化效果失败，这也是光源模块产品面临到最大的挑战之一。若需减少客制化大尺寸光源模块，可采用好几片小片的单片光源模块拼接，无缝隙拼接则为是相当主要技术。
