General performance characteristics of QSI laser diode
The wavelength range is relatively complete: for example, about 635-680nm for red light and 780-940nm for near infrared.

The beam quality/mode control is relatively good: QSI model is "single mode", which means that the divergence angle is small and the spot quality is good, so it is suitable for precise measurement or industrial optical modules with high requirements on beam quality.
