LG Innotek, South Korea's electronic raw materials and parts factory, filed a lawsuit against the federal local court in northern California and the federal local court in central California to protect its UV LED technology, accusing the UV American nail dryers Evergreat and its subsidiaries to infringe the UV LED patent technology. This is the first time that LG Innotek has filed a patent lawsuit against UV LED products.

LG Innotek之所以提出诉讼，主要是因为 Evergreat旗下10种型号的UV美甲烘干机，侵犯了LG Innotek晶片设计专利。LG Innotek请求法院禁止销售这些产品并提起相关索赔。

LG Innotek filed a lawsuit mainly because Evergreat's 10 models of UV nail dryers infringed LG Innotek chip design patents. LG Innotek requests the court to prohibit the sale of these products and to lodge claims.
